Information
Cancellation conditions: Regardless of the date of cancellation, we charge a processing fee of € 25, -.
Until up to 3 months before your date of arrival cancellation is free of charge. Between 3 months and 29 days before your date of arrival we charge the room rate for 3 days. If you cancel within the last 28 days before your date of arrival we charge 80% of the cost of your stay. Late arrivals or premature departures are charged the full price of their booking.
The cancellation terms are defined in the Austrian Hotel regulations.
We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, which you can easily complete your booking through the hotel. Download info sheet here!
