Make the most of your holiday at minimal cost
Minmum child rate: With only one child (or two toddlers) staying in the suite or in the family apartment, we charge 50% of adult rate per day, regardless of age. This also applies when the rooms are occupied by only one adult plus child(ren).

Cancellation conditions: Regardless of the date of cancellation, we charge a processing fee of € 25, -.
Until up to 3 months before your date of arrival cancellation is free of charge. Between 3 months and 29 days before your date of arrival we charge the room rate for 3 days. If you cancel within the last 28 days before your date of arrival we charge 80% of the cost of your stay. Late arrivals or premature departures are charged the full price of their booking.
The cancellation terms are defined in the Austrian Hotel regulations.
