Our terms of payment at Bliem’s Family Hotel Haus im Ennstal

You can pay your bill either with your EC card (debit card) or in cash.
(Only people with accounts in the following countries can pay with their EC card: Austria, Germany and the Netherlands.)

You are also welcome to pay your bill with a bank transfer (free of charge within the EU). We accept bank transfers if the sum is credited to our account before your date of departure.

Information

Cancellation conditions: Regardless of the date of cancellation, we charge a processing fee of € 25, -.
Until up to 3 months before your date of arrival cancellation is free of charge. Between 3 months and 29 days before your date of arrival we charge the room rate for 3 days. If you cancel within the last 28 days before your date of arrival we charge 80% of the cost of your stay. Late arrivals or premature departures are charged the full price of their booking.
The cancellation terms are defined in the Austrian Hotel regulations.
