- How do you deal with food intolerances and allergies?
Our chefs are trained to deal with all types of allergies and will be happy to prepare bespoke menus to suit your dietary requirements. Please let us know about your allergies when you book, so that our kitchen can make the necessary arrangements in advance.
Vegetarian/Vegan: We always offer a vegetarian alternative to our menu, but not a vegan one. Upon request, some dishes can be prepared vegan, but a fully vegan menu is not possible.
Breakfast: At the breakfast buffet, we are happy to offer gluten-free alternatives, as well as oat or almond milk. We are happy to provide gluten-free pastries (freshly baked by Resch&Frisch)

- Do you offer baby meals?
No, as we are not a baby hotel. We specialise in looking after and catering for children aged 1 to 14. We therefore do not provide baby food or similar items. However, there is a parents’ kitchen available in the basement 24 hours a day, where you can reheat any baby food you have brought with you or cook your own meals at any time.
- Are beverages included to the price?
No! We offer half-board, not all-inclusive. Our bar and drinks prices are very reasonable compared to other establishments in the region.
Please note that all-inclusive is always included in the price, and with our half-board option we can offer you a tailor-made package to suit your personal needs. For children, there is a free juice bar with three natural juices, as well as free tap water available all day.
- Do you offer all inclusive or packed lunches?
No. There is so much to discover in our region, with so many lovely alpine huts, ski lodges and places to visit where you can really treat yourself to some fine dining. Our decision not to be a traditional all-inclusive hotel is therefore a conscious one. We are delighted when our guests actively explore the region, and that includes sampling the local cuisine. Guests who do happen to be at the hotel for lunch can choose a few selected dishes from our small snack menu. However, if you are leaving early on the day of departure and won’t be having breakfast, we’ll be happy to provide you with a packed lunch.
- Are there a kids buffet or kids dishes?
Yes. For our youngest guests, a self-service children’s menu is available seven evenings a week at our buffet. If there’s nothing to their liking, they can always choose smaller portions from the adult menu.
