Preview summer 2025
Since the demand for summer 2025 is already very high, here is a first insight into gap-filling offers during the summer holidays. Outside the summer holidays, rooms are still available in many categories:
Summer vacation in July and August - all bookable options in July & August
- to July 12th: Family room 1-room for 2 adults and 1 to 2 children
- July 05 to 07: Family studio for 2 adults and 1 to 2 children
- July 05 to 12 or 13: Single child or single room available
- July 12 to 20: No bookable room options (except single child room)
- July 19 to 26: No bookable room options (except single-child room)
- July 26 to August 02: No bookable room options (except single-child room)
- August 02 to 09: No bookable room options
- August 09 to 16: No bookable room options
- August 16 to 23: No bookable room options (except single-child room)
- August 23 to 30: No bookable room options (except single-child room)
From 30 August until November 2nd several options are bookable again

From the end of August or beginning of September we can make you an offer during the holidays. From mid-September and in October there are also great autumn offers including toddler care from the age of one: nappy weeks in September, Golden Autumn (German autumn holidays in October + toddlers in Austria), as well as Austrian autumn holidays.
