🌟 **Our power woman Cvita in the housekeeping team** 🌟

Cvita is the indispensable force that drives our top housekeeping team. With her tireless efforts, she ensures that our hotel is always sparkling clean. In 2021, she took over the baton from her predecessor Bibi, who took her well-deserved retirement after 35 years.

Together with her wonderful colleagues Marija and Dijana, Cvita changes sheets and towels at record speed, creating the perfect feel-good ambience for our guests. A big thank you to our dynamic trio for their great work and tireless commitment! 🌟💪✨

Samir - Service

🍹 **Sami - our drinks whisperer** 🍹

Our Sami knows them all: the preferences of our guests when it comes to choosing drinks. Some people are amazed when he still knows their favorite gin next year or splashes the apple juice with lukewarm water ("like last year") as a precaution. 🌟

Together with his wonderful service ladies, he pampers our guests to the letter. With his charm and first-class service, he has been putting smiles on faces and creating unforgettable moments for many years. Cheers to our drinks whisperer Sami!

Claudia - Reception

🏨 Claudia - our reception pearl 🏨

Good preparation is everything, and we are overjoyed to have Claudia as a reliable member of staff at reception. Not only is she the first point of contact for our guests, she also makes all the preparations for the coming week to ensure that our guests have as uncomplicated a vacation as possible.

Claudia comes from the neighboring village of Aich and is therefore 100% familiar with the area. With her knowledge and warm manner, she makes every guest feel immediately welcome and in good hands. A huge thank you to Claudia for her tireless efforts and her radiant friendliness!

Harald - chef

Meet Harald, the new head chef at Bliem's Küche! The Carinthian brings a breath of fresh air to our culinary world and, together with his talented colleague Tatyana, conjures up fantastic evening menus for our guests.

We are delighted to have Harald as an experienced new chef in our team. He has not only added delicious Carinthian Kasnudeln to our menu, but also exciting fish variations and delicious grilled dishes, because he loves to barbecue! Welcome, Harald!

Stefan Wieser-Bliem

🛠️ Stefan - Our all-round talent 🛠️

Stefan is the husband of junior manager Katharina, dad to Johanna and Anton, and our man for all things around the house. In summer, he takes you on Bliem's hiking trails through our beautiful region and always has exciting stories to tell. In winter, he takes you into the mountains on snowshoes - a real adventure!

At the hotel, he lovingly looks after the animals, the garden and minor repairs. Several times a week, the children can feed the animals with him - a highlight for our younger guests. A huge thank you to Stefan for his tireless commitment and versatility!

Vanessa - childcare

🎭 Vanessa - our bundle of energy at the Donki Club 🎭

Vanessa, our social and drama teacher, is one of the three bundles of energy in the Donki Club. Always in a good mood and full of motivation, she wins the children's hearts at record speed. Whether at the Punch and Judy show or in the enchanted forest, her acting talent is simply unmissable.

Her greatest strength is her ability to always communicate with the children at eye level, which immediately creates a special connection. Vanessa, we are so grateful for your energy and commitment!

Petra - childcare

🌳 **Petra - Our creative head of childcare** 🌳

Petra is THE creative head of our childcare. The certified outdoor educator, former cabaret artist, passionate dancer and biology graduate is constantly working on new ideas for children and parents.

Several times a week, she skillfully implements her brilliant ideas as part of our children's program. Her absolute favorite program is the forest workshop, where she carves with the kids for all she's worth. Petra, you are a true all-rounder and we are so happy to have you on the team!

Waltraud Bliem

🌸 Waltraud Bliem - Our passionate hotel manager 🌸

Waltraud Bliem has been managing our hotel with tireless commitment and great dedication since 1986. Her daughter Katharina has been actively supporting her since 2015. Together, they ensure that the finer details of running the hotel run smoothly every day.

Waltraud's precision is the reason for the outstanding cleanliness in our hotel - every room is personally checked and approved by her before new guests are allowed to move in. The decoration and flower arrangements around the house are her great passion and give our hotel a special atmosphere. And despite all her tasks, Waltraud always finds time for a nice chat with our guests.

Katharina Bliem

Katharina Bliem - our dedicated junior manager 🌟

Katharina Bliem is the junior manager of our hotel and has been working in management together with her mother Waltraud Bliem since 2015. As the mother of Johanna and Anton, she knows the needs of young families first-hand and always adapts our hotel offer to current trends.

In addition to reception and the activity program, she also takes care of the numerous marketing measures in the background. Katharina brings a breath of fresh air and innovative ideas to our hotel in order to always offer our guests the best.

Katja - Service

🇩🇪 Katja - Our funny import from Germany 🇩🇪

Katja is our humorous import from Germany and has been an integral part of the Bliem team for many years. As the self-appointed head of department, she always creates a good atmosphere among her colleagues and makes us laugh with her irresistible German wit.

Katja has gained a lot of professional experience at home and abroad and is an important part of our breakfast team. In her free time, she and her sporty family are almost exclusively out and about in the mountains (-> @family_gipfelfux).

Annika - childcare

Annika is the calming influence in our team, and that's exactly what the children appreciate so much about her. They can always rely on her 100%. Children of all ages love her, and she also takes great care of the teenagers.

Whether it's a bowling evening with the older children, a pony walk or arts and crafts with the younger ones - there's always something going on with Annika! Her loving and relaxed manner makes her an indispensable part of our team. A big thank you to Annika for her unwavering calm and her big heart!

What would we do without our Rosi? We don't know :-) Rosi is always our rock at breakfast and dinner. Always in a good mood and always with an extra smile for children and adults, she puts a smile on the faces of all our guests.

We are incredibly happy to have such an experienced and warm-hearted member of our team. A huge thank you to Rosi for her tireless support and her warm-hearted nature!

Anni - Service

🌟 Anni - our longest-serving member of the Bliem team 🌟

After numerous retirements in recent years, some of which have been with us for decades, Anni is now our "longest-serving" member of the Bliem team. The blonde whirlwind has been with us for 14 years as an evening waitress and always brings an extra smile for our guests.

In addition to her warm service, Anni also has numerous hiking and skiing tips up her sleeve. Her infectious laugh is impossible to miss and she is always in a good mood. A big thank you to Anni for her many years of loyalty and her cheerful nature, which makes our team so special!

Dorina - breakfast

🍳 Dorina - our hard-working breakfast cook 🍳

Dorina is the hotel's new neighbor and was hired by us as a breakfast cook immediately after her move. With her extensive experience in the breakfast kitchen, she now spoils our guests every morning with fresh and delicious egg dishes.

We are thrilled to have Dorina on our team and look forward to many delicious breakfasts and smiling faces. A warm welcome, Dorina! 🌟🍽️🥚

Dijana - Housekeeping

In addition to her absolutely reliable and clean housekeeping work, Dijana is also known as our confectioner. She regularly treats us to sweet delicacies that go down well with young and old alike. 😋

She works in the rooms just like her colleagues Cvita and Marija - very clean and dedicated, so that our guests are welcomed in a perfect vacation room. A huge thank you to Dijana for her hard work and her sweet surprises!

Simi - dishwasher

🍽️ Simi - Our reliable kitchen hero 🍽️

You rarely see him in the hotel, as his workplace is in the kitchen washing up. But Simi is extremely popular with the team. He is always reliable, always in a good mood and a great help to his colleagues.

As a native Kosovar, he diligently practises his German and contributes significantly to the team spirit with his positive attitude. A big thank you to Simi for his hard work and tireless commitment! 🌟👨‍🍳✨

Marija - Housekeeping

🛏️ Marija - Our experienced housekeeping artist 🛏️

With Marija, we have another lady with a lot of experience in our housekeeping team. Her artfully folded bed linen in particular is often remembered by guests for a long time.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel is a much-praised point in our questionnaires, which guests fill in on departure. A big thank you to Marija for her dedication and her unique contribution to an unforgettable stay!

Hannes - hiking guide

🧗 **Hannes - our hiking and climbing goat** 🧗

Hannes joined our team by chance in 2021 and has since become an indispensable hiking, climbing and balancing goat. Children's hearts go out to him in droves and he's always up for a bit of fun. But he is also a very responsible hiking guide and ensures the necessary discipline in the group so that everyone can enjoy a relaxing day in the mountains.

We are already looking forward to the next great summer with him. Hannes also looks after the teenagers and makes sure there is plenty of action for the kids aged 10 and over. A huge thank you to Hannes for his energy and commitment!

Sonja - breakfast

🍽️ **Sonja – Unsere blitzschnelle Frühstücksfee** 🍽️

Sobald die Gäste ihre Frühstückslöffel fallen gelassen haben, stürmt unsere Sonja den Speisesaal und sorgt für die optimale Reinigung von Tischen, Bänken und Böden. 😄 Wenn alles wieder glänzt, deckt sie für das Abendessen auf und sorgt dafür, dass alles perfekt vorbereitet ist.

Sonja stammt vom wunderschönen Sonnenplateau Birnberg und ist zufällig eine Schulkollegin von Katharina Bliem. Ein großes Dankeschön an Sonja für ihren unermüdlichen Einsatz und ihre blitzschnelle Arbeit!

Tetyana is our chef Harald's right-hand woman and conjures up the best desserts and starters.Harald and Tetyana have been working together as a team for many years and have also settled in perfectly with us.Their creative and delicious creations are a highlight for our guests and make every menu something special.
